Return Policy
Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in the original shipping carton and with original packing materials (unless it is damaged in shipping). Items should be packed well and returned in the same condition as received. Please include the return/exchange form and reason for return.
All refunds will be issued by the method in which payment was received. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
A return authorization code should be obtained by calling us and needs to be mentioned on the return box.
